Big baby

It has been a while I didn't upload any new pics. Too busy. Here are some latest pics of Adrianna, our chubby little girl! Taken using phone camera.

Taken on Aug 10, '08. One yr 9 mths old. Adrianna is a camera-shy girl. It's very difficult to see her poses in front of the camera lenses. Either she will look at somewhere else or we need to candid. Most of the time, she won't tolerate at all. She may close her face to deny.

Another pic, Adrianna wearing red baju kurung (25 Oct '08); we were going to Gurun (if I'm not mistaken, lupa dah) for a wedding reception. We stopped at R&R Bukit Merah. Big baby sitting on her opah. Lenguh lutut opah!

On the way back to Seri Manjung, we stopped at Taiping Lake Garden. Giving her chance to play at the playground, seeing the monkey and running around. Let she enjoyed the lake view which rarely been giving the chance to. Sakan le dia!

Upon returning to KL (28 Oct '08), big baby had a bad flu. That caused phlegm accumulation in her nose as well as lung. She admitted to Damansara Specialist Hospital for 8 days. Sian dia! According to Doctor, Adrianna allergies to honey. Since then, we changed the milk flavor to original (Enfagrow).

This is another photo during Aidiladha (8 Dec '08) at the korban area. Guess what? Adrianna was wearing a shirt size '9-year old'. It fits her well, just a slightly bit loose at the waist. Big baby dukung by her Atuk.

Another one on 10 Dec '08 (2 yrs 1 mth old). Were having dinner at Rasa Ayamas, Giant Kota Damansara. Adrianna loves to eat chicken. Her hair is quite long actually, but curls on the shoulder and expanding aside.

Shaizwan's 28th birthday (12 Dec '08). We enjoyed the blueberry cheese cake very much. Very delicious kek ni! Cheap as well! I give 5 stars to Kak Zai. Adrianna blew up the candles for ayah.

At Jabina restaurant (15 Dec '08), dinner time. We eating out mostly every night on weekdays. Reach home at 8.30pm everyday, tired and hungry. Fast choice is... either eat outside or tapau ler. It's not easy to get this kind of pose from Adrianna. Smiling at the camera...

Last 21 Dec '08, we went to Selama for Zam's wedding. Zam was my ex-roommate at UiTM. Quite a long journey. We went through Bukit Merah Laketown Resort. We stopped a while there. Here is Adrianna's photo, taken at the 'lobby' area. Excited habis!

The last one for the year of 2008... taken on Dec 28 at Beseri, Perlis. We're at the backyard of a house, enjoying the greenery of the paddy field, windy, cool breeze air. Very nice view! The bride & bridegroom were having akad nikah at that time.

Kenangan dulu2

18 Februari - Tiga tahun lalu, kami disandingkan pada tarikh ni di Jengka. Kenduri diadakan lebih dua bulan selepas bernikah (10 Disember 2005) iaitu selepas kedua mak dan ayahku pulang dari tanah suci. Pernikahan tersebut awal dari perancangan kerana kehendak mak dan ayahku sebelum berangkat menunaikan fardhu haji. Kini aku dalam minggu ke 35 menanti kelahiran anak kedua.

Kenduri di sebelah pihak lelaki diadakan 2 minggu kemudian iaitu pada 4 Mac 2006. Setiap tahun, kami tak celebrate pun, 18 Feb & 4 Mac dilalui sama seperti hari2 biasa, sebab 10 Disember tu lebih bermakna.

Beberapa hari selepas receptions, kami berangkat ke Kuching, 3 hari 2 malam. Kami hanya menghabiskan masa di sekitar Kuching Waterfront. Itupun sudah cukup memenatkan tapi seronok. Itulah kali pertama aku menaiki "belon". Cukup nervous tahap gaban terutama masa nak naik dengan masa nak landing. Sebenarnya, kami dapat tiket percuma dari Air Asia. Cuma bayar tax je. Oklah tu.

Dua minggu kemudian, kami pergi bercuti ke Cameron Highlands. Dekat je. Tapi yg menariknya, ia adalah hadiah perkahwinan dari boss aku masa di Dagang Net. Sab menghadiahkan penginapan 3 hari 2 malam di Strawberry Park Resort. Masa tu cuti sekolah, jadi ramailah manusia membanjiri Cameron Highlands. Setiap malam ada pasar malam sempena cuti sekolah.

Ogos 2007, kami kembali ke sana tapi kali ini ditemani seluruh ahli keluargaku. Abu Bakar's Family Day. Kami menginap di 2 buah apartment TNB. Itupun kerana ada sepupu berkerja di TNB sana, jadi dapatlah special rate, murah dan fully furnished. Adrianna pun dah 9 bulan masa tu. Belum pandai jalan jadi kenalah dukung. Masa tu berat dia dah 13kg kalau tak silap. Berganti-gantianlah aku dan wan mendukungnya. Sengal lengan ni beb!

Kenangan2 tu semua masih segar di ingatan. Macam baru je terjadi. Aku berkeinginan untuk ke Cameron Highlands lagi tapi mungkin selepas anak keduaku sudah pandai berjalan. InsyaAllah.

Unstable

Abdominal pain seems to be worsened. I have a bad heartburn as well as stomach cramp. The weather is not at my side too. Am I living in a desert? It's hot all day and night long. Aircond is my best friend at the moment. I am in a situation where everything is not right! I need to be cheered up. The backache like an attachment to my body. It's pinned and hooked up soooo 'good' until I hardly lie down and couldn't sleep soundly. Left to right, right to left... I wish I can have more option in my position. Emotion-wise is pretty ding-dong. I am lacking stability. I need a rest! I need a rest! I need a rest!

Belated Birthday

It's very pleasure to receive something that we love... It's rare which is tentatively once a year... It's a bit late but better than never... haha...

A belated birthday gift to me...

He managed to get 50% plus discounts for these EDTs. Incanto Dream by Salvatore Ferragamo and Eternity Summer by Calvin Klein.

I asked him, "shouldn't we boycott CK, should we?". He replied, "it's original with 70% off!!!"...

The sale was by Metrojaya, they opened a few booths at Menara Maybank's lobby last month, specially for Maybank staff with special discount rates.

Thanks a lot my dear ONE and only... Mmmmmuahhhhh...

My last EDT was 3 years ago; my wed hantaran. It is still there in the cupboard, with a few mL left... Provocative Woman by Elizabeth Arden.

Talking about perfume, I like Jadore by Christian Dior... Besides the very nice, well-shaped, shining and beautiful bottle, the fragrance is very fresh and genuine. But the price is quite high for me. The priority goes to Adrianna's milk, diapers and meal expenses lerrr!

Us

As time goes by, there are lots of new things Adrianna has learned so far. It is very honor to see a live human being developing in front of us, raising her up using our bare hands, learning from A to Z and witnesses of whatever she achieved. After 2 years 2 months, we love to see more and more and more. We can't wait to see her reaction towards her new sister/brother-to-birth... absolutely.

There is a baby named Yasmin at her babysitter's house and she loves her very much. Each time we pick her home after work, she'll keep asking "mana baby min?"... Her mak (babysitter) said that, whenever Min cries, she will give her puting and will call mak immediately. Whenever Min drinks milk, she wants a bottle too and lays besides Min. Now Min is already 1 year old. We're planning to send our new baby to her mak too. Alhamdulillah, so far we are very satisfy with her nurse. Adrianna never cry whenever we send her there, but very happy instead. Well, that's shows that she is happy to be with her mak, surrounded by her 2 cousins, Ika(6) & Zakwan(8) and other kids.

Alhamdulillah Allah bless us with a kid and expecting another one in justttt a few weeks... She is our rope, our compiler. Making us tie up closely. Love hold us close and closer.

My expected due date will be on 26th March, perhaps could be earlier. My sis-in-law, kak Om is going to deliver too. Supposely, she is one week earlier than me. Means that, once she delivered, my turn would be just around the corner as well. Hope it won't be too early because AdikPi is getting married this 28th Feb... and we'll be there till 2nd March. Am not too sure the facility that Manjung Hosp. have but I am very concern as I had c-section record previously. I heard that the nurses there quite unfriendly. That's the main obstacle of having delivery in goverment hospital I guess. Paranoid???

I am very busy at work now. That's why I seldom update this blog. I need to complete few tasks before labour. Since it is uncertain, so all of the tasks should be done soonest possible. Working here giving me precious experience. I believe I've made a right decision. This transition benefits me in terms of learning new technology, enhancing programming skills, a brighter career path as well as teaching me to be more independent. There are only 2 Malay women here. My friend figured me as "working in Tanah Besar China". I'm like a 'foreigner', therefore I need to work hard & smart enough if I want to survive in a foreign 'country'. It is a challenge for me and so far, I enjoy it much. I love what I am doing.

In the meantime, my husband is having career rotation at his office. Getting busy day by day. We go home late everyday, approximately around 9pm. However, he looks happier with what he is currently doing. The new organization structure + new boss have boost up his working energy to keba-boom la! Can say that he is a workaholic. I nearly know all the peoples he's working with through his every story, it just I don't know how they look like - because he loves to share his every single day working experience with me. Hmm... I am a good listener. My husband is also a new Manchester United manager - in his laptop football game.
While in the worry mode of gaining too much weight, fuhhh... I apparently fail to control my body widing process. I am 81kg now. Wish the height can increase too... hehe. Baby is very active, and am having regular Braxton Hicks contraction. The tummy is heading in front like a giant ball, hardened like rock. Baby is getting less space to perform sommersault as his/her size is increasing & growing. Last checkup (2 Jan), baby is 2.2kg and developing well. Hope everything is fine.
