I'm at 1cm dilated

Last night, I went for a routine check up and doctor mentioned that I'm already dilated 1cm. Current fetus weight is 3.09kg. I'm in week 37. Weight increased 21.5kg. She predicts that baby's weight may exceeded 3.4kg this time. She refused to accept any high risk case of VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), therefore she advised me to refer to any government hospital if I am still insist to. UMRA Hospital doesn't equipped with blood stock, so the risk of uterine rupture is totally intolerable at her premise. She proposed me to go to either HSB, HUKM, PPUM or SJMC. At the moment, PPUM won't accept any new patient since they are under construction. HUKM in the other hand is far away from our house while SJMC... well, u guess how much it cost! And HSB (Hosp Sg Buloh) is only about 10km away, having no problem accepting any new patient in emergency, well-equipped; got blood stock that we really desire, plus... cheap... making HSB the one and only best choice that I have. I refused to have a repeat cesarean by option, unless I've tried by normal but at the end couldn't make it and have to. I pray that midwives and nurses there are friendly and helpful, Aaaminnn...
